After discovering rusty water dripping onto my hood in a parking garage, I called and spoke with Kelly, who was exceptionally helpful and candid. When I stopped in for a quote, she walked me through my options and the possible scenarios. I expected to leave with an estimate, but an hour later, I drove away with my car buffed back to normal. I was impressed by the quality of the work, the speed of the service (although I was fortunate that my timing happened to align with their availability), Kelly’s knowledge, and the very reasonable price. Due to the circumstances of the damage to my car, I needed a very accurate estimate which Schaeffer understood and accommodated. I appreciated they were willing to pick my car up from my house as I wanted to get repairs started but had driving restrictions due to a medical issue. They offered to bring it back once repairs were done but by then I could resume driving. I really appreciated the automated updates I received from when my car was checked in and thru when it was ready for pickup.Posted on Google

Had one very minor issue at time of pickup, they were very apologetic and understanding and corrected the issue overnight. Overall a very good place for having your car repaired. I highly recommend this shop. Since this post, my car was damaged and I took it here for repairs, again the staff here impressed me with working with my insurance company and another excellent repair. About a month after my car was repaired, my 91 year old father needed some repairs from a mishap with his garage door. This place is 3 for 3, another great experience. They even went so far as to buff the haze from the right headlamp to better match the new one they replace on the left. They took very good care of my father. If you are in the area and need body work, don't think twice, give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed.Posted on Google
